As casual Night Supervisor for the Hume region my role is to liaise and report to SWOCS in the responsibility of risk identification in the client CMP and liaise with carers to further reduce any immediate risk to the young person.

Liaise and support carers to perform their tasks whilst documenting clear directives to all parties.

As a Residential Care Worker with Berry Street I have worked within various house teams to welcome the young people into out of home care homes, whilst advocating for their various needs and rights, and supporting them to feel safe in the home. My role includes answering to and being accountable to my supervisor and Team Leader and compliance tasks.
