Summary
I am a young girl with a working holiday visa and RSA course and now ready to contribute to the australian society. Even though I might not have plenty of years on the labor market, I still have plenty of experience because I'm a quick learner so at my previous jobs I have gotten alot of experience early on when starting new positions.
Most of my colleagues would describe me as a "mood spreader". I always go to work with a positive mind and high motivation because I know how much it can do for the team spirit. Even though I am energetic and smiling I am just as serious and professional.
I am a diligent person who takes on any work tasks with courage as I strive to see results! I have a flair for details, because I think the little things count.
I am also a humble person who have major respect for my colleagues. I've got most of my work experience from a ferry, where you also live and stay with your colleagues when you're on duty.
I can adopt to many different situations easily which i learned from a young age from boarding school and now something i keep getting better at now that im travelling the world.

- Fjord Line is a danish ferry that sails from Hirtshals in Denmark to Stavanger and Bergen on the norwegian west coast with passengers and cargo.
- Worked as a waitress in a first class buffet restaurant and acted a manager.
- Also did extra shifts in: housekeeping, bartending and the tax-free shops. But my main position was in the restaurant.
- Had a strong bond to my boss and leaders, made sure to evaluate each day, to see if there could be done any improvements..
- Started on the ferry as a summer substitute and steadily progressed to get a full time contract on a 14/14 rotation after the season was over.
- Responsible for training new employees, and give out task to every of my coworker to make sure the service went on smoothly.
- Remained calm and poised when dealing with difficult customers or during busy shifts. In high season we we're always fully booked, so around 270 guests for distributed on 5-6 waiters, often with big groups or conferences.
- Collaborated with kitchen staff to correctly update customers on unavailable dishes and wait times. Also while taking in paying customers to update the kitchen and baker on how much food they would prepare.
- Carried out complete opening, closing and shift change duties to keep restaurant working efficiently and teams ready to meet customer needs. Had to make sure the restaurant was fully stocked before we opened for the guests.
- Place necessary orders, maintain the coffee and softice machine and also place orders for smaller inventory in the the restaurant like for example decorations or cutlery.

- Had Closing shifts where I had to make sure everything was ready for my boss the day after during her opening shift by washing dishes and santize each area at the end of each shift.
- Arranged bakery displays to showcase baked goods, cakes, and pies to drive product sales.
- Helped out customers figure decide which caked and baked goods they would buy and in which amount too.
- Did a Barista course, so know how to handle a espresso machine, but still need some training on my latte art!
