I maintain a client-centred and goal-focused approach and successfully establish and maintain quality relationships with a broad range of people. I deliver tailored, evidence-based and highly effective personal training services in individual and group settings, based on a holistic approach to health, fitness and wellbeing.
My qualifications, knowledge, skills and experiences have been acquired over the last 25 years in Australia and internationally. I have been taught by some of the foremost and most respected experts and coaches in the fitness industry, and am a firm believer in health and fitness strategies, techniques and programs that have a proven, scientific evidence base of effectiveness.
Currently based in Sydney, I will be permanently relocating to South Australia.
