  • I have gained valuable experience through working in a startup business, which has a small team. Due to this, my role has been multifunctional, with lots of responsibilities.
  • Primarily, my role has been to lead the sales team of four people to hit targets, while also having my own to hit. This means I have a responsibility to train and motivate sales reps to become independent.
  • However, within the last six months, I've stepped into dealing with existing accounts. Such as helping customers set up their products in their businesses, retaining customers who have requested to cancel their subscriptions, collecting failed payments from existing customers, and growing relationships with high-ticket clients.
  • I have also developed valuable face-to-face B2B sales skills, in which I have found a passion for.
  • I have found challenges within the role too, particularly when working under pressure and keeping a consistent, positive attitude on bad weeks. This is still a big part of my development that I am working on.
