Since Joining Accor in July of 2022, upon completion of his contract with Manly Pacific was promoted to oversee the Strata portfolio within Sydney. Reporting directly to each Hotels respective General Manager, responsible for leading the Talent & Culture function across 3 Hotels. In more recent times has begin supporting the Queensland hotels within the portfolio totaling 6 hotels as his supports Pullman Palm Cove, Pullman Port Douglas, and The Sebel Brisbane.In April of this year, embraced the opportunity to act as General Manager of The Sebel Sydney Chatswood. During this time he took on higher duties and expanded his lenses on the business as he would attend Strata meetings. Exceled in talent acquisition In 2023, notably sourcing candidates for senior roles including; Director of Finance, Executive Chef (Two-hatted), Executive Housekeeper, and Guest & Residents Experience Manager. Spearheaded the transition from AHS in November of 2023, successfully bringing housekeeping operations back in-house at Pullman Quay Grand. This required the sourcing and onboarding 30 new team members within an timeframe of just one month. Ensured the seamless integration of the new team by taking proactive measures to provide them with the necessary resources and training. This resulted in sufficient cost savings while improving service levels. Successfully coordinated a large-scale event for all three Sydney properties at Hyde Hacienda, focusing on team building and employee recognition. Also Led Fundraising Initiative and Team Participation in City2Surf by organising a team of 14 members to participate in the City2Surf fun run. Led fundraising efforts, significantly contributing to a charitable cause while promoting teamwork and health among employees. This position is responsible for overall management of the Talent & Culture Department.
