Aspiring exercise physiologist with a strong foundation in exercise and sport science, seeking an entry-level or assistant role to gain practical experience and continue professional development. Equipped with academic training, a disciplined sports background, and excellent interpersonal skills. Eager to contribute to a supportive team and help individuals improve their health and physical performance.
I worked with a broad range of clients, from young children to elderly individuals.
The primary goals of most clients were related to improving general fitness. These goals included enhancing muscle strength and power, improving balance and mobility, as well as focusing on body coordination and flexibility.
Many clients were also aiming to increase their overall functional capacity, especially in terms of maintaining or improving mobility and balance to support daily activities. The gender distribution of the clientele was balanced, with an approximately 50/50 ratio of male and female clients. The diverse age range and varied goals allowed me to apply different strategies tailored to each client's specific needs, particularly in terms of strength, balance, and flexibility training, making the experience highly versatile and rewarding.
