Summary
I am currently employed at Orrcon Steel as a pipe and tube operator. I have held this position since the 15th of January 2024. In this role I have gained experience in operating overhead gantry cranes, forklift operation and leading a production line. This role has allowed me to become well rounded in many positions within the company. I have achieved employee of the month on a number of occasions and have been recognised for maintaining high safety standards. Orrcon is a Bluescope owned company and it has trained me to place safety as a top priority. Prior to my current position i was a courier driver for Startrack for 19 years. This position provided me with safe driving practices, time management and great communication skills. I am now looking for a new and exciting challenge. I am hardworking and self-motivated, driven by my desire to learn new skills. I am a team player, but can also work well individually. I pride myself on being an honest and reliable employee with an eagerness to provide a high level of service to my customers and all stakeholders. If given the opportunity i would love to discuss this further in an interview.
