Over the last 2 years I've been serving within the Australian defence force where I learnt many skills from team work to survival skills, also took part of Operation Flood Assist during the difficult times in NSW in 2022. I am now. seeking the opportunity to use my knowledge and skills gained during my time within the Defence Force and apply them to assist me gaining full time employment.
Built and installed fences and gates. Removed old fence materials in an efficient manner. Performed heavy labor such as posthole digging, cementing and carrying fence. Continually cleaned work areas and equipment. Operating a tractor and the use of hand/power tools.
Set up, aim and fire powerful weaponry to engage targets up to 30km away. This is a hands-on, physically active combat role where you’ll harness your agility and ability to work quickly on your feet. As an Artillery Operator, you’re the end of the Artillery chain. Providing vital artillery fire support in combat operations, playing a pivotal role in their success.
Working as part of a close-knit team, your task will be to operate the M777 155mm Howitzer in tough and challenging environments. Participating in regular field training and exercises. And when I'm not out in the field, you’ll be in the barracks maintaining and readying the gun for the next operation.
During my time in the Army I also qualified as a Combat Fitness Leader where i was responsible in taking my Battery (team) for physicsal training daily whether that may be strength, cardio or combat training enabling them to be the fittest soilder they can be.
Working at Pinky's in a fast paced environment I had a variety of jobs whether that may be delivery driving, being able to deliver in the quickest and most efficient ways. As well as general shop duties taking orders, making and preparing pizzas, cleaning and maintaining a kitchen standard.
