  • Prepare training modules; deliver training face-to-face and via Zoom; respond to queries and provide additional training on an ad-hoc basis to treasurers and Church Councils.
  • Assist Congregations and Presbyteries to align a new accounting system with their obligations to meet accounting standard as per the Treasurers Handbook if there was a shortfall in legacy system.
  • Manage team of four to achieve goals set for this project and problem solve issues as they arose whilst implementing the new Xero software system and ensuring churches and Presbyteries were happy with results; whilst ensuring the reporting outcomes met requirements of Queensland Synod Office including Presbytery teams.
