I am a dedicated and passionate individual who loves CrossFit and English. I am dedicated to CrossFit and show that by training four times a week since I was 9 and I am very passionate about it.

Apart from CrossFit, my other interest is a love for health. I love going for runs and walks. I make healthy smoothies and juices at home and make healthy snacks as well. I also prioritise my health by maintaining a balanced diet and taking care of my mental health. This helps me preform at my best both personally and professionally.
