  • Part of team that delivered B2C SaaS product offer enabling SMB and Consumers access to streamlined sending experiences with focus on loyalty that generated over $600m revenue annually with over 234k users - MyPost Business.
  • Delivery of future iterations with focus on revenue protection capturing over 90% of potential lost revenue by system, process improvements and automation (MyPost Business Underpaid Postage)
