I am currently the Team Leader of the competitive gymnastics program at Delta Gymnastics Burleigh Heads location.

• Coaching competitive Level 3 through to Level 8 gymnasts
• Run all communication in every competitive class from comp information, fees, absence emails, holiday schedules, general enquiries, trials etc.
• Collaborated with senior coaches to plan competitive strategies for upcoming events and competitions.
• Enhanced athlete performance by developing and implementing tailored training programs for individual gymnasts.
• Mentored assistant coaches in coaching philosophy implementation fostering consistency across all levels of competitive gymnastics within the club
• Cultivated an inclusive atmosphere among team members by encouraging camaraderie, respect, and mutual support.
• Established clear expectations for behaviour during training and competitions to promote professionalism amongst athletes.
• Advised athletes on goal setting methods, helping them focus on achievable objectives while striving for personal growth within the sport.
• Contributed to overall program development by participating in strategy meetings with other coaches and gym leadership teams.
• Developed strong relationships with parents, ensuring open communication channels for discussing their child''s progress and any concerns.

Lived in London for 2 years on a working Visa and coached recreational and competitive gymnasts
