I'm an energetic and passionate individual who is eager to acquire new skills and knowledge. My family recently emigrated from South Africa, Nelspruit where I've been working in the education sector I have enjoyed every moment inspiring the youth and growing as a teacher professionally. I'm have strong communication skills conveying ideas and actively listening to students and colleagues this made me an inspirational coach, mentor and leader to my students and work colleagues. I understand and acknowledge the importance of collaboration and of being interactive with students and colleagues and that my problem solving skills could benefit the workplace. Year 11 - ead of Leadership Course

In 2022 the need arise that students needed to evoke leadership skills. The HOD working closely with the student leaders in Year 11 & 12 know as Student Representative (SE) designed a new method on how leaders of the school needs to be selected. Starting from Year 8 - Year 11 to make it part of their school career. I was asked to to start with the Year 11 as it was first trial. This consited of so much trial and error till perfecting the whole concept.

  • Designing a point system that was driven based on learners merits & demerits & involvemnet in school being an ambassador for the school.
  • Compiling presentation and presenting leadership courses

  • Strong admin skills (registrar, validating merits and demerits)
  • Compiling data and check point systems for short list, that needs to be presented to the principal.

Hockey Coach
