Summary

With eight years of teaching experience across the middle primary school year levels, my professional background is deeply rooted in low socio-economic status school communities. I specialise in supporting students with complex learning and behavioural needs through trauma-informed practice, highly structured classroom management, and evidence-based literacy and numeracy instruction.

I am deeply passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with students and delivering differentiated, hands-on learning experiences that foster a lifelong love of learning for every child. Specifically, I am driven to enlighten curiosity within the numeracy curriculum by transforming mathematical concepts into hands on, practical lessons that engage and empower diverse learners.
