Louise Riis

I stated teacher on grade 3 at Mudgeeraba Creek state school. I moved to year 4 for two years then spent the next 7 years on grade 7. Since then I’ve been on grade 6.

During my time I’ve run while school science competitions, judged the Gold Coast Science competition for many years. I ran Optiminds groups. debating teams, and STEM teams at cluster challenge days. I’ve run dance clubs, school performances, international tours to Japan, ski trips and camps. I’ve organised the inter-school netball competition in our cluster, taken district netball teams as well as coached basketball.
