Provide full clerical support to the Learning and Development and Infection Control Department portfolios
Maintain records on the Workday Learning system including data entry and retrieval of data for reporting purpose
Coordinates meeting bookings both face to face and through online platforms
Make bookings for venues and arranges catering requirements for meeting and training functions including Hospital Orientation which includes sending out invitations and managing RSVP’s
Assists in the preparation of agendas, minutes and reports
Assists with rostering clinical facilitators and maintaining student placement platform
Draft general correspondence as required
Collect, collate and enter data into the hospital’s survey software program for survey results as required
Participates as a valued team member promoting and contributing to a supportive team environment and adheres to all applicable policies and guidelines
