I also developed skills in respectfully managing agitation in residents, maintaining their dignity and comfort. My documentation experience included detailed reporting on resident care to the respective supervisors and or the Registered Nurses on duty, skin condition monitoring, pad changes, and so forth.
Additionally, I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, a five-year program that included clinical internships across rehabilitation centres in Iloilo City, Philippines. This experience gave me a broad foundation in physical rehabilitation and further honed my empathy and dedication to supporting individuals in regaining their functional independence.
I am eager to continue learning and growing in this field, leveraging my practical experience, academic background, and passion for care to provide exceptional service in aged care.
