I graduated from Nanchang University, a double top university in China, with a degree in Management Science. Currently enrolled in Master of Commerce, Finance and Fintech double major at UNSW. I have solid professional fundamentals and analytical skills. I have four internships which have given me some working experience.
1.Bidding data collation and uploading:
Responsible for collecting, collating and filing information and documents related to procurement projects, including tender documents, bidding documents, contracts, etc. Using in-house procurement management system or other tools, enter and upload the collated data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in monitoring the progress of preparation and submission of bidding documents, following up and resolving any issues that may arise in a timely manner to ensure the smooth running of the bidding process.
2.Data Analysis and report writing:
Analyze and count the data of procurement projects and produce relevant reports and charts. Assist in writing reports and summary reports of procurement projects, including project progress, cost analysis, risk assessment, etc., and report work progress and problems to leaders.
1. Corporate Training:
(1) Design, organise and implement in-house training programmes to meet the training needs of employees and the company's development direction.
(2) Assist in the development of training course outlines, teaching materials and training materials to ensure that the training content is consistent with the company's strategic objectives.
Coordinate training resources and work with internal trainers, external training organisations and instructors to ensure the smooth implementation of training plans.
(3) Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training, collect feedback and make improvements to improve the quality and effectiveness of training.
Recruitment Management:

(1)Participate in the development of recruitment strategy, formulate recruitment plan according to the company's needs, and be responsible for the execution of recruitment activities.
(2)Responsible for releasing recruitment information, screening resumes, communicating with candidates and arranging interviews.
(3)Assist in interview assessment and candidate screening, participate in making recruitment decisions, and promote efficient recruitment process.
3.Other Support Work:
Assist the HR team with daily personnel matters, including employee file management, performance evaluation, and benefits administration.
1. Responsible for the management and implementation of hygiene and cleanliness in the work area, daily recording of staff attendance, weekly statistics and publication of attendance records, and monthly submission of staff attendance report forms on time.
Submit employee attendance report form on time;
2. Assist the administrative manager to do all kinds of documents, notices of modification, publication, etc., and according to the specific categories of documents to be organized and filed for access;
3. Assist the administrative manager in sorting out the information on leave, resignation and work of the company's personnel, so as to facilitate the reasonable arrangement of personnel and month-end attendance work;
4. Assisting the administration manager in the issuance of office consumables and logistic supplies, making regular after-sales phone calls to customers and recording customer needs and satisfaction.
Responsible for telemarketing during company events (with a focus on prospecting) with high success rate.
