As an SSO (School Support Officer) my most important objective is to be a tiny ray of sunshine for the kids I am working with. I want to contribute to their life as well as in their educational path. I want to bring a positive change in them by giving the ability to work on their well being as well as giving them educational support. as I am eager to develop my skills/experience even more to prepare myself for the years ahead as an independent young woman. I will work to the best of my ability which will prepare me for what lies ahead in my life and contribution to Education.
I am an experienced Curriculum SSO with a passion to work with young people with disabilities. I specialise in working with government funded children with complex behavior and Autism. I make sure to use patience and effective communication to try support young people build independence and confidence to help improve their life outcome when they leave school.
