Britton Maritime Systems is a privately run company that primarily works on a contract basis with government bodies such Department Of Defence, the Australian Federal Police and New South Wales State Emergency Service supplying marine orientated services.

The responsibilities I uphold include the management and procurement of all purchase orders for the aforementioned contracts ensuring that all required parts are delivered to the factory in a timely manner as well liaising with suppliers to come to an agreed price that works for all parties involved and researching alternatives retailers where need be.

As well as handling the procurement side of the business I am also heavily involved with the financial and logistic aspects of Britton Maritime. As reconciling invoices, coordinating the deliveries of parts not just to our own factory but across Australia and creating quotations for customers are all part of my daily tasks.

• Efficiently managed the logistics of extensive purchase orders for audio visual products, ensuring prompt delivery to clientele
• Played a key role in the formulation of purchase orders tailored for wide-reaching residential projects

Working at Jumping Rascals since early February 2024 I have been incorporated this role into my work week making it that I now work 6/7 days a week.

Within this role I have been working 8-10 hour days delivering this companies services across Sydney wide handling cash payments, scheduling deliveries to ensure the days run smoothly and on time as well as setting up the services in a safe and effective manner.
