
I am Luca, I'm 20 years old, a hard worker and quick learner. I love cooking and have also had over 2 years experience professionally cooking in kitchens. I have also competed a catering and hospitality btec level 2 at Brighton met college. I am a fast pace worker who is enthusiastic and works well in a team work environment or on my own. I am passionate about hospitality and providing good customer service.
In this kitchen I worked as a prep chef where we would make baked goods and different types of salads. Our main staple for the cafe was our Portuguese tarts and delicious sourdough bread. Other duties included doing functions for weddings and opening and closing the kitchen.
I worked as a labourer where I would help with different jobs around the site and sometimes be on jobs by my self. Some of these jobs would be heavy lifting and breaking up concrete floors.
I worked as a commis chef in this kitchen where I would be on prep and on service. It was a cafe so we mainly specialised in breakfast and lunch. Other duties included closing and opening the kitchen.
