My role with FIFA required complex training to professionally understand the processes and platforms of FIFA game ticketing. I was based at a ticket resolution point (TRP) during the World Cup games, where I assisted customers with their mobile and pdf tickets, along with running the ticketing operations prior to the TRP opening and closing. Conflict management was an integral part of this role, where my infallible understanding of FIFA policies and practices were essential to successful customer dispute resolution.

I worked diligently in this role to ensure the bar and kitchen areas functioned efficiently, ensuring that all customers were well looked after and completely satisfied with their bar/dining experience. This role required excellent reliability, self-initiative, with a polite and ‘can-do' attitude.
