After school I completed a diploma of environmental science followed by a traineeship in conservation.

I have kept and studies reptiles for over 35 years and I am extremely passionate about our natural world.

I have extensive background experience in sales of both products and services.

Have had many years experience in the hospitality industry and have for decades carried a deep passion for producing high quality and innovative cuisine.

For the past 16 years I spent developing and operating several of my own business. These business are now self managed.

My high energy and eagerness to please drives my work ethic the highest level.
