I'm a 25 year old commercial plumber with 8 years of plumbing experience mainly being a sub contractor to big firms on commercial projects such as; hospitals, prisons, hotels etc.
In my time I have gathered a vast amount of experience and pipe work techniques in which includes; Copper soldering up to 54mm copper diameter, Mapress copper and stainless steel up to 108mm diameter, screwed steel and flanged pipe work from ½” to 4" pipe work, soil pipe and waste glued from 1 1/4- 4” pipe diameter, uponor pipe work, Fusion weld pipe work, plastic push fit systems, victaulic pipe work 4”, Cast waste pipe 2”-4”.
Jobs also include; adding Anchor and bellow to pipe work, assisting in plant rooms/ boiler houses, mains in corridors, domestic bathroom layouts, pressure testing pipe work, waste pipes, building risers (pipework up through the height of the building) radiator and heating systems.
