• Responsible for the ordering and Delivery of Medical consumables to Allocated Wards.
• Run Back order report in S4 Hana before scanning.
• Download Scanners first thing to ensure they have latest info on them
• Go to the wards I am scanning for the day and ensure all items are in the correct location and then check Use by dates
• once this is done proceed to scan the Ward
• Once scan complete go back to stores and upload scanner.
• Then go into Display Reservation list and check my scan is correct,ensuring Qty i have scanned are correct.
• Unpack Stock cages in Decanting area
• Restock shelves in wards ensuring i have not been given an older use by date than is already on the shelf.
• I have receipted on the dock ensuring i check the con-note matches parcels i have received and that they belong to us.
• I then match the product to the purchase order and that the qty matches also. If it doesn't i would email the vendor the discrepancies
• .I can use the Electric Walkie Stacker, Electric Pallet Jack, and Electric Tugs which we use to move stock cages around.
• We have recently switched over to a new PDEU which i am fully trained on, this cuts out a lot of the above processes which is more efficient.
• I have also backfilled in the Pharmacy Supply officer Role which is done the same but with different products

• Responsible to keep all area's clean in the Facility.
• I used Mops, Vacuumed cleaners and floor polishers
• Part of the Role was to also backfill and Drive between the 2 Satellite Hospitals delivering Pathology Samples and delivering urgent Clinical stock.

• I communicated well with my co-workers and worked sufficiently and effectively to complete the manual labour gardening tasks given
