Engaged in the management and administration of Trust projects including Lima Bonita, Barranca Bonita, Pradera de Cacatachi, Las Villas de Alto Larán, Chiclayo Bonito, and Siembras del Valle. These projects involve the construction of residential units financed under the 'Techo Propio' program, promoted by the 'Mi Vivienda' fund.

Key responsibilities included:

• Made project details easy to understand through clear visuals and reports, helping everyone stay on the same page, including reviewing progress reports, policies, licenses, and urban development records.
• Created easy-to-follow guides for tasks, making it simpler for everyone to learn and share knowledge, while also analyzing indirect expense cash flow and assessing sales analysis and project investments.
• Worked with different teams to find better ways to do things and save time, such as examining reports issued by supervisors and reviewing Trust contracts to ensure obligations were met.
• Kept everyone informed and sorted out any issues between teams and management, including evaluating financial statements and managing supplier payments effectively.
• Stayed updated with new ways to improve projects and used new tools to make things easier, like managing the release of funds for supplier payments.

I participated in the supervision of projects including Los Parques de Comas, Los Parques del Callao Stage 4, Saray 2, América Light Park, Los Parques del Mar, and Las Villas de Alto Larán, where I performed the following responsibilities:

• Conducted comprehensive assessments of project risks and formulated proactive contingency plans to ensure timely resolution of any emerging issues, supervising trust contracts and monitoring project progress according to the execution schedule, thus minimizing potential disruptions to project timelines and budgets.
• Leveraged sophisticated project management software and tools to meticulously monitor project progress, analyze data, generate detailed reports, and review payment reports to suppliers requested by contractors, identifying emerging trends and providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making at every stage of the project life cycle.
• Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to streamline communication channels, facilitate seamless coordination, and optimize resource utilization, conducting biweekly site visits to verify progress for valuation purposes and fostering an environment conducive to achieving project objectives efficiently and effectively.
• Maintained a keen focus on ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and contractual obligations, exercising financial control of funds deposited into the trust and conducting technical-economic monitoring of projects to uphold project integrity and stakeholder satisfaction.

I completed my pre-professional internships at VALICO SAC. I was a member of the supervisory team for two projects, spending three months on each.

The first project was the 'Edificio Ferrara,' constructed on a land area of 340 m2, with a built-up area of 3273.24 m2 spanning 7 floors. The second project was the 'Edificio Altamura,' which was in the construction phase, situated on a land area of 472.13 m2, with a built-up area of 3774.9m2 spanning 7 floors.

My responsibilities:

• Contributed to the Site Supervisor's decision-making process by analyzing daily progress reports from diverse trades involved in the project, facilitating informed decisions.
• Participated in formulating detailed project plans, delineating timelines, resource allocations, and identifying potential risks.
• Facilitated seamless communication between project stakeholders by preparing and distributing comprehensive daily progress reports, ensuring all parties remained informed and aligned.
• Assisted in the development and implementation of robust quality control measures, conducting regular site inspections to verify adherence to specifications and standards.

I was part of the supervisory team for the 'Jorge Licetti Humphery Single-Family Housing' project, covering an area of 1200 m2. It comprises a 2-story residence with a dual-type structure, featuring A1 finishes, and a total investment of 3 million soles.

My responsibilities on the project included:

• Field verifications of specific tasks in architecture and structures.
• Supervision and monitoring of all aspects related to on-site safety.
• Verification of the quality of materials entering the site according to the project's technical specifications.
• Quantity surveying coordination.
• Daily photographic documentation of the project.
• Assistance in the preparation of weekly reports sent to the client.
