● Prepare all food items in a hygienic and timely manner.
● Arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes for the allocated station.
● Restock all items as required throughout the shift.
● Responsible for high quality meal production.
● Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times.
● Notify Chef in advance of likely shortages.
● Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices.
● Stock controlling and receipt of suppliers/deliveries.
● Standing 100% during duty time.
● Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with patrons and staff.
