During my time at KFC, I provided exceptional customer service, making and packing food and beverage orders, adhering to quality and safe food-handling standards under timed conditions. I served customers in a timely manner, ensuring that they had a pleasant and positive experience in-store and promptly resolved complaints and addressed inquiries. I performed general cleaning by sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, emptying the bins, wiping counter-tops, and organising products. I also collaborated with my team members to cultivate a constructive work environment and deliver high-quality service. During this time I was recognised twice as Employee of the Month.

In my role as a pharmacy assistant, I consistently provide excellent customer service, and have cultivated relationships with many regular customers across all age demographics, meaningfully engaging with individuals and the broader community as a result. I enthusiastically serve customers, and provide knowledgeable assistance in finding required items/ products, suitable for their needs both in-store and over the phone. I perform cleaning duties including sweeping, cleaning and dusting shelves and benches, and monitor and organise stock as required, whilst working seamlessly within a team and leading/ training others. I have also completed my S2S3 training and obtained a dispensing license of medications under the monitoring of our pharmacists.
