Schematic, ambitious and young searching for the possibility of growing and refining my skills in the field of hospitality. I wish to grow up as a bartender and to perfect my skills and knowledge in cocktail making.
In charge of opening and closing the beach;
Managing the beach (showing the umbrellas to the costumer and bringing them chairs and sun beds);
Organizing the warehouse (keeping the warehouse tidy and dealing with the inventory);
Taking orders at lunch hours (maintaining efficient service even with a very high volume of costumers); ( all foh duty and generic waiter job);
Maintaining a good relationship with the costumers and my colleagues;
Managing the bar after lunch hours(Making coffees, serving costumers and taking payments);
Cleaning and keeping tidy the bar and the dining rooms;
Cash in and cash out (tax in voice, sales, end of night report);
Knowing how to make 4 cocktails simultaneously in 4 minutes;
Ability to work in speed working and free pouring;
Basic knowledge of spirits labels;
Skills in professional cafeteria;
Ability to garnish cocktails with fruits;
