CY OCCONOR VILLAGE includes 5 different restaurants such as a Pub and a steak house. All of these restaurants are fine dining and they village breeds their own cattle for the steakhouse. Tilly's garden is a cocktail bar that is included in these 5 restaurants. I have worked in all 5 of these restaurants and the skills I have gained are listed below.

• Prepared garnishes, syrups, and other ingredients needed for specialty cocktails or mocktails throughout the shift.
