  • linking their observations and activity choices to the My Time, Our Place Learning Framework
  • providing feedback and resources to support their understanding while reflecting on activities
  • offering advice and suggestions for activity extension.


Developing the Induction Process for new staff to allow them to take on information more gradually and meaningfully, as well as improving documentation of staff induction progress.


Creating brief reading and on-floor activities to supplement continued staff development beyond induction.


Developing strategies for the inclusion of children with special needs at the centre, including social stories, visual timetables, and interests-based/sensory activities. Communicating Support strategies to staff.


Liaising with teachers and school staff to ensure quality and continuity of care for children at the centre.
