In this role I have worked as a waiter and supervisor in a busy and fast paced restaurant. The role demands:

- Multitasking and prioritisation of tasks.

- Strong communication and ability to build relationships and rapport quickly.

- Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work culture.

- Adaptability to changes and challenges as they occur.

I was the first employee of Shout and spearheaded expansion of sales from local to interstate. In this role I oversaw every aspect from seeking potential buyers and initiating contact, through to logistics, distribution and invoicing. In this role I demonstrated:

- Confidence in building relationships and fostering them.

- Willingness to work beyond my role to achieve the best outcome.

- Ability to learn on the job quickly.

- Working towards set KPI's and meeting those.

- Managing many moving and competing demands at once.

I worked in the management team at a dynamic and busy pub. The role required:

- Ability to oversee multiple facets of a business and delegate appropriately.

- Skillset to communicate with a wide range of people and confidence to diffuse confrontational and heated scenarios.

- Banking of high volumes of cash and accountability for all of its movement.

After completing High School I tutored students in the subjects of Legal Studies, English, Economics and Business Studies. The role required:

- Employing various communication methods to connect with a multitude of needs and understandings.

- An ability to motivate students to do tasks.

- Patience and clarity in my explanation and reasoning.

Worked as a supervisor in a busy coffee shop over five years, including whilst at school.
