  • At BHP Mount Keith expension some our daily task was stick building modules based on reading structural/engineering drawings and plans
  • Install modules, dogging and utilising cranes, ranging from Franna to large heavy lifting mobile cranes
  • Install large modules and vessels together with rigging dual lifts and work off lift study plans

  • At Inpex Drilling MODU offshore rig my responsibilities as leading hand: job scopes ,read isometric and structural drawing, completion of correct administrative procedures: jha ,swms, permit ,tagging, isolation, time sheet and providing the handover .During our daily task we will erect, alter and dismantle scaffold to an advanced level ,build of hung scaffold to enter safely in confined space and also erect scaffold to access all the pipe, cable tray, electrical box, valves with all the client requirements, Ability and Knowledge to execute complex builds in restricted working at heights conditions up to 100 metres
  • Extensive experience on designing and build tube and clip scaffolding method in LNG environment
  • Our rigging duties will start with gears quality check inspection before to perform some heavy lifting of structural plant equipment, steel erecting and installation of beams , column, angles and stairs in accordance with structural drawings with use of adequate sling angles techniques, swivel eye bolts(pinkies) ,chains blocks and use of comealong lever block with respect of the reeve factors calculations and tonnage capacity
  • We work in a safe conscious manner at all times with correct hand signal and UHF radio communication with the crane operator
