Cycling, Staying Active, Writing Children's Books

I am passionate about having good health and staying active. My passion also lies with writing children's books based around stories that teach children about first aid. My current book is Finlay the First Aid Bear: The Dare to Golden Mountain for 5-9 year olds. This book is a picture book teaching children basic first aid skills through Finlay, sister Evee and other characters in the book.
