Summary

As the Program Manager I'm accountable for ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of participant programs. This role acts as the primary communication conduit between participants and VDHP internal clinical team, ensuring participant satisfaction throughout the process.

My role is pivotal in maintaining clear communication channels and ensuring that participant needs are met effectively. Ensuring participant satisfaction is not only essential for the success of individual programs but also contributes to the overall reputation and success of VDHP.

Additionally, I support the Medical Director, by coordinating schedules, managing events, and reporting to stakeholders are additional important responsibilities that add depth to my role as a Program Manager. Reporting to stakeholders involves compiling and presenting data, progress reports, and other relevant information to keep stakeholders informed about the status and success of the Victorian Doctors Health Program.
