- Monitoring the operation and maintenance of equipment to achieve maximum efficiency under safe operating conditions. Ongoing inspection of plant to ensure optimum performance of equipment is maintained. Co-ordinate and execute maintenance of plant buildings and equipment by requesting special services, requirements for new designs/surveys following manufacturer's instructions and established maintenance schedules, working in conjunction with the maintenance manager.
- Analyse the facility layout, performance and operational data according to the productions schedules to determine optimum production results and to propose new equipment to improve efficiencies.
