  • Management, oversight and delivery of the Greening our City Premiers Priority, a program overseen by NSW Premiers department to deliver 1 million trees in Sydney over 4 years.
  • Acted as Director, Greener City on multiple occasions overseeing this project whilst also policy and valuation teams.
  • Forging relationships and liaising with DPIE Executive, Minister and Premiers departments to ensure appropriate sight is given to highly scrutinised program.
  • Management of a delivery team with four direct reports and leveraging relationships across the organization to gain further support such as communications, legal and procurement.
  • Creation and completion of Business case to secure 8 additional years of funding. Kept in touch with NSW treasury and Climate Change Fund committee through the creation up to ultimate approval.
  • Successfully negotiating and executing partnership contracts ranging from $300k to $2.7m and successfully leveraging these contracts for greater value add for the program.
