This was a causal job over the Grand Prix this year. For this job i had to obtain my RSA and other qualifications as a bare minimum to be accepted into this position as FOH worker. I had to learn how to multiple plate carry and obtain excellent communication skills when adhering to the customers needs then transferring the message to other levels of management.
