LUKE EDWARDS

Summary

I am currently working as a client-side Project Manager with experience across commercial, retail, industrial logistics, office fitout, modular residential, and large mixed-use developments. Over the past six years, I have developed a well-rounded skill set managing full project lifecycles including design coordination, procurement, stakeholder management, cost planning, and programme delivery for leading clients such as Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC), BlackRock, AXA, and AirRoad. My background as both a contractor and project manager allows me to approach problems strategically while understanding the realities of site delivery, contractor interfaces, and operational constraints. One of the key highlights of my career is my role on the A$750 million Castle Towers redevelopment in Sydney, including the current A$450 million stage, which is a complex retail development. I am a personable, hardworking and motivated individual with a Bachelor of Construction Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney, a Certificate IV in Business, and a Carpentry Licence, giving me a strong combination of technical capability, commercial understanding and onsite construction experience.
