Luke Fugard

Working as a Decant Team Member at Kmart consisted me of unpacking boxes from pallets being delivered to the store and opening the up the boxes to then sort the stock onto cages, which were rolled out onto the shop floor to be put onto shelves.

Being apart of the Decant Team taught me how to be safe with carrying heavy inventory and using PPE, it also equipped me with the capability to work as a team with my co-workers to ensure that we work under our employers standards.

Another addition with working in a 'Back of House' environment taught me how to look out for hazards which provides myself and my fellow employees to work in a safe environment.
