Summary

BikeDr. is a social enterprise of Dismantle. A youth charity that empowers and engages young people to move forward into further education or employment through mentoring and work experience. This has allowed me to combine two passions.

The first, being a leader and problem-solver dedicated to delivering a customer and team focused business. I love using independent decision-making skills and sound judgment to positively impact company success and customer satisfaction.

The second, being dedicated and eager to help young people reach full potential through positive and effective support. Assisting young people in navigating the workplace and helping them set themselves up for the future.
