24 years old.
Born in rural Victoria, living on the border of NSW and VIC in Barooga for around 20 years where I started and completed secondary school.
Surrounded by state forest and the river, I developed a love of nature that led well into a passion for outdoor activities like fishing, hiking, snowboarding, and also photography.
From December 2017-March 2020, worked with the family business floor sanding.
Moved to Sydney in 2020 just before lockdown, and worked there for over 3 years in a commercial kitchen where in that time, I also came to appreciate surfing, film photography, and because of my love of cinema, motion picture film.
Health emergencies in the family motivated a move to Toowoomba where my family had relocated, working again for the family business floor sanding, with the family eventually relocating where I am now in Shell Cove to recover.
Currently have a healing sternum fracture from a repeated stress injury which at a doctor’s suggestion has motivated a change in occupation from what I’m doing currently floor sanding, to something less physically taxing to aid necessary recovery.

- Worked in various roles in the kitchen throughout my time employed there. Involved working individually or with one other assigned worker on an industrial conveyer dishwasher.
- Working in the Bakery mostly as an individual, and when needed with other workers. Involved supplying daily, from scratch, fresh bread of various varieties including sourdough, totalling approximately 600 servings. Involved making a weekly special dessert of 600 servings as well.

- Also as store person taking incoming food deliveries, handling of order invoices, verifying quantities, and then organising and the storage and shelf life rotation of said goods.
- Work in all sections involved the maintenance of a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to strict hygiene standards for optimal food safety.
- Involved meeting deadlines, and the provision of multiple menu items of 600-800 servings a day.
- Working well in a team environment, and also as an individual depending on assigned section was required, with problem solving skills and adaptability to new circumstances and developments imperative as well.
