Completion of CERT III Heavy Metal Fabrication Engineering with WESTRAC, After which time I was successful in obtain a Team Leader position in the Paint Shop at Tomago.

My current role has given me the opportunity to develop and introduce new procedures into the paint shop that allows streamline efficiency and increases the quality of
work leaving the shop. This position has also allowed me to develop relationships with customers and gain vast experience with tight turn around time frames and further develop my communication skills to establish prioritization of work loads.
