Investment & Acquisition

• Manage and optimize cash flows for a $3.2 Billion portfolio, covering residential, commercial, horizontal developments, commercial assets, and both equity and debt investments across the UK, US, and Australia.
• Establish, develop, and maintain comprehensive feasibility model templates for all asset types, ensuring alignment with business goals and investor requirements. Continuously refine models to enhance accuracy, scalability, and decision-making efficiency.
• Conduct feasibility studies, sensitivity analyses, and due diligence across financial, legal, operational, and development aspects for potential investment opportunities.
• Prepare investment proposals, Heads of Terms (HOT), Term Sheets, and business plans. Report directly to the Executive Director and Chairman, and present to the Investment Committee and Board for approval.
• Lead negotiations with counterparties and manage contract exchange, settlement, and completion to ensure seamless transactions.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, agents, solicitors, valuers, and potential partners.

Development & Operations

• Oversee full-cycle development and operations for existing projects. Manage feasibility studies, risk assessments, and project milestones.
• Prepare quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports covering approximately 20 ongoing projects.
• Implement and manage the company’s BI dashboard, integrating data analytics with financial models, Aconex, and Salesforce systems to provide real-time insights and support strategic decision-making.

• Led the acquisition of 7 projects across residential and office developments, with a total value of approximately $600M.
• Conducted feasibility studies, market research, and financial analysis to support investment decisions, submitting 18 offers and running feasibility analyses on over 200 opportunities.

• Assisted in establishing overseas operations through market research and feasibility studies to support international expansion.
• Rotated through key functions, including investment & acquisition, development & operations, compliance management, and legal management.
