  • Prepare and submit formal quotes via email and customer portals (Procore, E1, Aconex,...) ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Manage internal scheduling and quoting trackers on a daily basis to keep the team aligned and on track.
  • Request and evaluate quotes from vendors and suppliers to support accurate estimations.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding equipment inquiries and purchases.
  • Perform take-offs from plans and prepare high-quality schedules based on these take-offs.
  • Review mechanical drawings, scope of work and specifications for incoming quote requests, ensuring they meet client specifications.
  • Understand and analyze client drawings and requirements to ensure accurate project alignment.
  • Engage in shop detailing, collaborating with engineering teams to produce detailed shop drawings.
  • Continuously improve and maintain in-house estimating tools and methods to streamline workflows.
  • Prepare Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) to ensure all safety protocols are met on site.
  • Develop Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Manage equipment selection, finalize equipment specifications, and oversee sample submissions for consultant approval.
  • Coordinate the commissioning plan to ensure systems are installed, tested, and ready for operation.
  • Oversee Hand Over to Operations (HOTO), ensuring all relevant documentation and systems are completed and transferred.
  • Prepare air balancing checksheets and manage sign-off procedures for air systems.
  • Review and finalize as-built drawings to ensure the accuracy of the completed work.
  • Develop and compile Operation, Maintenance, and Manual (OMM) documentation to support system operations and maintenance.
