I’m a dedicated Human Resources professional with a dual background in Human Resources (Bachelor of Commerce) and Psychological Science (Bachelor of Arts), currently working as an HR Advisor at Northern Sydney Local Health District. In this role, I provide strategic advice on legislation, Awards, and policy, and support managers through complex HR matters, including misconduct and industrial advocacy. I have experience in representing the organisation in industrial settings and in partnering with managers to resolve high-risk misconducts, performance, and grievance matters with empathy and compliance. I bring strong skills in HR data analytics, translating workforce data into insights for executive leadership.
