  • Duties: Clean patients home to a high health care standard. Assist with medications, basic nursing such as replacing bandages, fitting moon boots, stockings etc. Helping with mobility aids and general living requirements such as: medical appointments, showering, shopping, collecting medications and preparation of meals. Part of my role is to participate in social activities, meaningful conversations and connecting with a diverse range of clients. Documenting progress notes at the end of every shift. Monitoring patients to ensure that their health and well being is paramount and communicating any concerns to senior staff. Being part of a team by attending staff meetings and attending group training.
