I am currently studying my Bachelor’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have worked in the mental health field as a support worker providing sensitive, attuned and compassionate care. As a trauma informed yoga teacher I work with clients using somatic approaches to support health, wellbeing and healing. I am confident in completing business administration tasks with extensive experience across various industries. I am a devoted mother to my 10 month old daughter, this role has strengthened my self-reflective capacities, emotional intelligence, regulation and adaptability.
