Client : Philips (Support) (Jan 2019 – Oct 2019)

Role: Associate Consultant (DP).

The foundations of Philips were laid in 1891 in Eindhoven (Netherlands) – to “manufacture incandescent lamps and other electrical products”. Philips began by making carbon-filament lamps and quickly became one of the largest producers in Europe. From the outset, Philips was an export-oriented company.

DUTIES

  • Handling and resolving the client's tickets depending on the OLA and SLA as well as providing then with End-to-End analyses on the incidents raised.
  • Researched and analyzed operations to ascertain detailed client needs.
  • Coordinated with project managers to meet development timelines and plan testing.
  • Updated stakeholders on key project milestones with regular verbal and written reports.
  • Broadened improvement initiatives by troubleshooting problems and recommending corrective actions.
  • Creating incidents and Service Requests as per the criticality and priority.
  • Handling the failure of Jobs and process chains along with corrective action.
