Summary

I want to continue working within RFBI maintaining excellent quality care and services for all residents and their families. I am passionate about providing the highest level of care with a person-centred approach to ensure all residents are treated with dignity and respect. I encourage residents to actively participate in their care delivery, allowing them to live their best lives. I am working towards Diploma’s in Business, Business Compliance and Auditing to broaden my knowledge and skills, expand my scope of practice, and continue to provide exceptional care to all residents within RFBI.
